Game The Most Disliked Sixth Season Episode, 2025 Edition

I'm going to save Voyager's "Collective".

I didn't have any major problems with the episode. It's a better horror story about creepy children than And the Children Shall Lead or Imaginary Friend or... basically anything else in Trek, and it has some nice moments in it. Like the scene where the Doctor hands Janeway the cute Borg baby right before telling her that the horrible anti-Borg pathogen she asked for is ready and she just ignores his attempt at emotional manipulation.

VOY: "Fair Haven"
VOY: "Ashes To Ashes"

Fair Haven is the winner then.

It's such a boring program, with no risks taken and then Janeway having a relationship with one is strange.

Spirit Folk was worse with the crew being idiotic and not talking the program off when they were having trouble.

"Virtuoso" gets saved for the Doctor's singing.

VOY: "Fair Haven"
VOY: "Collective"
VOY: "Ashes To Ashes"
This is actually the fifth episode I wanted to see as the winner. I despise "VIRTUOSO" because it ramps up The Doctor's selfishness way, way too high. Terrible character assassination here.

And frankly, it makes Janeway look stupid because she was going to let her ONLY actual doctor leave the ship permanently. (Just like she looked like an idiot for not simply turning off the holodeck program in "SPIRIT FOLK" when members of her crew were in actual danger.)

To be fair she doesn't rule out B'Elanna's plan to pull the plug. She tells her that the holograms weren't programmed to be violent so she doesn't think they'll need to, but she should get ready to cut power in case things do get out of hand.

Slightly surprised "Profit & Lace" didn't take it. P&L won more games than any other episode the last cycle, among them this one, it was our 2022 winner for "6th Season."

But I certainly cannot argue with "Fair Haven" as a winner either!

Actually, now that I think about it, I myself would probably choose to rewatch "Profit & Lace" over "Fair Haven."
I'll give some love to "Suspicions", which yeah it's a pretty bog standard murder mystery, but hey, Bev gets to do stuff that isn't falling in love with a guest star, you get to see Ferengi and Klingon scientists, and look at that outfit!
You know, I am also always giving extra points to "Suspicions" based off that fabulous Guinan outfit! It might be her single best one in the series, actually? In most ways, "Suspicions" makes an extremely bizarre final appearance for Guinan on TNG, but she went out on top wardrobe-wise at least. :bolian:

Lol I meant Bev's outfit, Guinan's outfits always look great but Bev rarely gets a good casual look and she's killing it here. But I'll take the thumbs up either way :)

Yes, it's definitely not one of the better ones, but Beverly seldom gets much attention. She also looked absolutely beautiful in "Sub Rosa," another Beverley episode with horrendous writing.

I probably would as well. Except for ""Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night" (which as I've stated before, I consider to be the very worst episode in the entire run of Deep Space Nine), I'd probably watch a bad DS9 episode before I'd watch a mediocre/average VOY episode.

Looking forward to seeing the results of this. He is my very favorite "guest" actor in Star Trek. :bolian:

I have two or three episodes that I believe will be the Most Disliked Combs episode.

I'll reserve saying which ones so it doesn't affect the outcome of the game.
