Virtuoso is my next save. Sure the Doctor was a bit of an arrogant prick at times in this episode but to be fair it was a planet full of arrogant pricks he was integrating with and the scene at the end with Seven of Nine is heartwarming.

It's a fun episode, and a good Doctor one. And pretty rare to have vikings in STAR TREK.

"The Chute" had some fine acting by Paris and Kim, it was gritty and a little out-of-the-ordinary which was no bad thing...but that Paris...just can't stay out of prison!

Neither has Picard getting jiggy with Beverly.

It's telling that most of these episodes are actually pretty good, even silver and bronze medalists Conundrum and The Chute (yes, I hate Half a Life with a murderous passion, but that seems to be a minority opinion). Even big loser Bloodlines is basically below average.

Agreed entirely. They worked well as friends but I never saw any romantic chemistry between them.

But a second previously unknown sibling for Spock was going too far and destroyed the franchise entirely everything was cancelled instantly and everyone was sacked day 1.

Yes and I also bought into the Laris romance, I felt there was real potential there too but she was also forgotten about
