Did they do the full 4 seasons?

Did anyone here watch it and how did the series wrap up?

They never put the final 2 seasons on DVD I have 1 and 2 but 3 and 4 seem like they will take forever and ever.

google.com

Took be about 10 seconds to see what you wanted. Probably longer than it took you to post.

Season four hasn't been made yet and the DVD of season 3 won't come out until season 4 is about to air / is airing.

I was a fan of the standalone TV movies, but I've never really been able to get into the series.. It's not bad, per say.. Just didn't hook me..

Well it's just like Warehouse 13 only a Library. This show came first.

I guess it's a little wait till season 4 ends then.. I hope they release it.

Same for me. I might give it a retry atsome point, but I'm not in a huge rush.

I like the series, but its gone a bit downhill since Noah Wyle became a big part of it. In season 1 he was barely there (I think because Falling Skies was still airing), so we got a show focused on the other characters, and I liked it a lot. The second season became the Flynn show with everyone else taking a backseat, and while it was still pretty good it wasn't as good. Season three I still haven't finished. It had a terrible villain whose entire plan is basically incomprehensible, and its even more of the Flynn show even focusing on elements that are completely confusing if you haven't seen the TV movies (and I haven't).

If Noah Wyle could find another project I think the Librarians could go back to being very good. As it is, I'll probably finish up Season 3 sometime before 4 comes out (if it gets made). The show had a lot of promise but its lost a lot of it by taking away a lot of the elements that made Season 1 so enjoyable for me.

Wouldn't this be more appropriate for the Sci-Fi and Fantasy forum?
As for the show, I've really enjoyed it from all the way through. The cast is all really good and most of the stories have been fun. Noah Wyle was a bit annoying in his first few appearances, but I thought he got better as the show went along.
Full 4 seasons? Did they announce somewhere that the next season is going to be the last? Either way it hasn't even aired yet, so it'll be quite a while before it's out on DVD. Probably at least a year since they don't usually release the last season until shortly before the next one starts.

There was a casting call for knitters to be in the background of one episode of The Librarians just recently. I thought about heading out west to try out, since I'm a long time knitter and I like the show, but a Coast to Coast flight just wasn't possible at the time, sigh. Oh well, I'll enjoy watching that episode.

Yeah Was Noah Whyle in a production role on the show? That might explain why season 2 was more him? When stars get those kind of positions I suspect it goes to their heads a little. IMHO

I must confess to a small crush on Lindy Booth. She was so much fun. Her and Joanne Kelly from Warehouse 13 would work well together. Now that would be funny having Myka and Pete turn up in the Library.

For the record, they officially finished shooting the Fourth Season yesterday, to air in the Fall.

No word yet on whether there will be a fifth season, although I have it on good authority that there will be at least one more novel. :)

(And, oh yes, the LIBRARIANS comic book debuts in September.)

Hey just noticed season 2 episode 3 is very similar to an episode of Warehouse 13.

How often does that happen on two different TV shows?

FYI: Season Four debuts on Wednesday, December 20, with a two-hour season premiere. Note that the show has moved from Sundays to Wednesdays this season.

And, btw, I hit 80,000 words on the next LIBRARIANS novel last night. Yippee! :)

I have enjoyed the episodes i'v seen so far, loveable characters.
I tried to get my kids to give it a chance but they are not at all interested.....

To their defence i did recommend Clash Of The Titans once and accidentally compared it with LOTR. They dont seem to trust me after that.

I'm still waiting for season 3 disks........ I guess I'll be waiting a while

Took over a year and finally got season 3 of Motive another show I like.

Angie's car got destroyed in the 2nd to last episode and they never got the culprit.

Update: Word is the season premiere has been moved up to Wednesday, December 13.

Edit: Confirmed by Dean Devlin on Facebook.

We enjoy the Librarians, though it's one of those shows that is better if you can share it with someone who enjoys it, too. We're looking forward to season 4, though I'll probably DVR them and save them until summer. That's what I did with season 3.

Have fun.........

I can't find a release date for this for season 3. I just want to know when that will be available.

Amazon has the Season 3 DVDs coming out November 21st.

And Season 3 just started streaming on Hulu.

(And, fyi, I delivered the manuscript for THE LIBRARIANS AND THE POT OF GOLD to Tor earlier this week.)
