One of the advantages of animation was that it allowed things to be done that were beyond the budget of live-action TOS. The Infinite Vulcan was one of those episodes and "The Terratin Incident" another. I liked Chapel's moment when she suggests using an ear instrument to fix a broken leg.

I agree about the problems with Prodigy. I remember something that I liked - only to find it was spread out over more than one episode which makes it difficult to chose what to save.
