I'm going to save Enterprise's "United", because its title reminds me of an ancient discontinued brand of chocolate bar I used to enjoy as a young child, and because it's really good.

I don't like any of the remaining episodes, and haven't seen them in years (decades?), so I'll pass on saving one.

I'll spare "Flesh and Blood, Part II." It's not great by any stretch, but it's better than the other two.

Saving Spirit Folk, for the funny scene with Harry smooching the cow. The Disease is an insulting mass of CRAP, that leaves Harry's Starfleet career potentially ruined for something that wasn't even technically his fault.

Funny, I would have made the opposite choice.

At least the disease is about some things that actually matter, whereas spirit folk is just fluff without real substance (in my view).

Though I can understand your revulsion of the episode given how Harry was treated for his actions.

I expected it to be down to "THE DISEASE" and "SPIRIT FOLK", though expected the latter to win. Either were good candidates to win this one.

"Spirit Folk" is actually Ok on New Year's Eve. You have a few glasses of bubbly, then start the episode at 11:49:35. Harry kisses the cow at exactly midnight.

Like a certain TNG story, any attempt at any intended soapbox message was scripted and carried out so rabidly that the messages it presents are beyond coherent. 70s sitcoms did a better job with getting messaging sent out right, and they're comedies.
