I was mildly surprised but not disppointed. I believe the Vita game was similarly bereft. (And while it wasn't exactly widely publicized, I know that in the postmortem for the Vita game, the developers reported that Amy Hennig told them the supernatural elements weren't required to make an Uncharted game.)Were most people disappointed and surprised at the lack of paranormal aspects in this game? I just find it so bizarre that to close out their trilogy they take away all the fantastical aspects and just leave dudes with guns.
Oh and there was a 10 minute long sequence where I was just walking through the desert in slow motion that was extremely annoying.

RoJoHen;9680188 I wasn't disappointed by the lack of paranormal stuff said:Yeah, I agree with that. And I was also quite disappointed in the story overall. It`s maddening, as there was much potential and some great characters introduced, like Cutter. But a lot of story threads just disappeared. And honestly, I didn`t like the ending at all. I know many disliked the boss battle in Uncharted 2, but I felt it was involving, whereas here, it felt half-assed and underwhelming when all was said and done came down to a QTE. Don`t know about anyone else, but for me it felt anti-climactic.
^ About damn time. Now we just need a proper trailer and a release date.
I started Infamous 2 tonight. Already fun, and that was a crazy opening. Did they mention this "Beast" in the first game?
