Rank the Series

Put in order from 1 to 5 how would you rank the Star Trek series?

1. TNG
2. TOS
3. DS9
4. VOY
5. ENT

You?

*Sorry if this has already been posted*

1. TNG
2. VOY
3. DS9
4. ENT
5. TOS

Explanations:

1- I love TNG!! When I started watching Star Trek as a teenager it was when TNG was still airing new episodes.
2 & 3- I must admit that I go back and forth with these two series. Sometimes I like VOY better and sometimes I like DS9 better. There are a lot of positives to VOY (7 of 9 was a great character, loved the Borg, liked the exploration aspect, etc) and DS9 (the war was fun, loved the ensemble feeling of the show and the importance of "minor characters" & the best Relaunch novels are the DS9 novels).
4- It took me a while to like this series as I HATED the idea of a pre-quel (particularly season 3 when we all knew that Earth would be saved). However, the show grew on me and I now appreciate it very much- particularly season 4.
5- I put TOS last as I first watched the entire series within the last couple years. I realize that its obvious importance to the Trek mythos. However, I probably put it last because when I first tried to watch it as a kid I couldn't help getting annoyed at the 60's special effects and cheesiness. It probably would have been easier if the first time I watched TOS was after each episode had been remastered. I do like TOS now, but I still put it at the end of my list. I know I will probably be the only one to do that in this thread.

1. DS9
2. TNG
3. ENT
4. VOY
5. TOS

I've seen the majority of TOS, but I've just never been able to get into to much, sorry but I can't escape the cheap 60's vibe. Love the movies though

First of all, characters and their relationships are essential for me to really love a show. Good stories are a close second. So here goes:

Enterprise: I like the cast and the chemistry was great in any combination and this show felt more like the original than any other. I admit, storytelling was uneven, but I loved or at least liked a lot more episodes than I didn't. The CGI effects were fantastic, as good as anything I ever saw at the movies.

Star Trek: The biggest draw for me here was the chemistry among the big three, yet there were also really nice scenes with the secondary characters. Again, I loved or liked more episodes than I hated. I really do have a soft spot for the original.

Deep Space Nine: It took me a while to warm up to the characters and many of the early stories might appeal to me more now that I have gotten to know and care about them. I will say the later seasons with the war was a great arc.

Voyager: As with DS9, I had to warm up these characters and boy, it didn't take me long to get bored by the Kazon. Also, early episodes rarely grabbed me and I know I'll get it from the Kes fans, but I much preferred Seven over Kes and I think the series got better with age.

The Next Generation: Sigh. I was SO EXCITED when I heard Trek was returning to TV! Then it premiered. I really didn't like the bridge (and what was up with the wall-sized viewscreen?!). Big isn't always better. It's just big. There were some characters I never got to like. I will say there were some fantastic episodes but when the stories hold more interest for me than the people, the show is a bit of a flop, IMO.

I figured since this question comes up quite often, I could make it myself a lot easier. ;)
