A pinch of salt, indeed.
For example, I said Filmation, because the article I was reading said Filmation (well, "Filmnation" [sic]). But actually, in 1998, Filmation had not existed for several years, and its IP rights were held by Hallmark [wiki]. I'm going to say more than a pinch of salt.
I think it worked reasonably well for Reboot and Beast Wars because neither show was about real humans. They were about computer programs and robots, so the less natural movements were somewhat more acceptable.I mean, for it’s time, not bad… but…
Well… garish colours, limited character movement and facial expressions…
That's what I want!Photorealistic/near-photorealistic CGI animation is what you want then.

Awesome. I recommend the Resident Evil CGI movies they're good although the latest one I feel doesn't mesh well with the original games continuity since they mix old RE character designs (most of the Cast) with new ones (Remake 3, Jill)That's what I want!![]()

Vulcan Fury should absolutely be published in some formI said this before but take the audio and turn "A Final Unity," the "Generations" game and any other game with Trek actors doing voices into animations. I think it would be fun. I at least hope to see the full opening to "A Final Unity" as animation one day, with the Garidian warbird facing off against the Enterprise-D.

That's one I often think about too but I thought I read somewhere the audio was lost. Otherwise that's the one I'd want more than any other.Vulcan Fury should absolutely be published in some form
I think I might be in the minority here but I really hated Wesley Crusher, especially after he ditch Starfleet and went out with the traveler.I think, if I wanted something TNG-related in animation, I would grab some good modern sci-fi writers and do a Wesley Crusher/Traveler series.

This is, of course, one reason out of many why one can't gauge how good animation is by looking at a single frame. The RE animated movies still have a lot of the uncanny valley factor.
