Would remaking TOS episodes make you upset?

I'm thinking, that the current "Prime Universe" that they use in new Star Trek series is not the "Prime Universe" that used by TOS in the '60. The entire universe has change after Star Trek Enterprise, and then goes into Star Trek Discovery and then Star Trek Strange New World.

So even if Star Trek Strange new World goes directly into the Kirk era again, it still not Star Trek TOS. Because they are basically happen in different universe, despite claimed to be Prime Universe. Or maybe, the Prime Universe follow Star Trek Enterprise, while the TOS universe stay with TOS universe? I don't know.
Yeah, that's not how it works

Correct, thats exactly how it works.

Nope. Same universe after multiple alterations by way of the Temporal Cold War. That's the canon. Anything else is wishful thinking.

In my opinion, the Temporal Cold War was lots of little course corrections until things were restored to a place that could be recognized by the end of the events of First Contact.

And that's their job.

Ours is to be entertained.

That is all.
If someone wants to make a "Murder Board" to figure it all out, more power to them.

No. With all the time travel that happened, SNW should actually be in an Alt timeline or at least the prime timeline that actually was altered by all the time travel that happened. This would allow them to remake some stories a bit differerent. It shouldn't be overdone, but as an anniversary special or something.

Tomorrow, Tomorrow, Tomorrow absolutely sets in stone that we are watching an alt timeline.

entire time periods changed, dates changed, interference that wasn't there before..... you can say nope, but the argument holds no water. It was extremely clear. The events referenced in TOS did not happen that way anymore. The entire timeline has been changed, thus explaining another thousand discrepancies.

maybe still the Prime Universe, but the timeline has been completely altered. Same canvas, different art.
Timeline has been changed multiple times by multiple series. Timeline still seems corrects itself. Strange New Worlds is just following what was previously established most recently. That World War 3/The Eugenics war was in the early 21st century, as established in TNG and further cemented in place by both First Contact and Enterprise.

Um yeah, they alternate timeline happened back in TNG.
