I liked for once they acknowledged for once that someone from an alternate reality would think of their own as "Prime." It sure got silly on Disco that Georgiou was always referring to our universe as the Prime Universe and her own as the Mirror Universe.
Who's the "Prime" Universe is a arbitrary distinction, mostly for fans outside the show.

Everybody in the show would think their own Universe is "Prime" because they come from "That TimeLine".

That reminds me, is there a real-world name for our universe? In case we encounter counterparts.
Or, I guess "real world" it is?

Assuming everbody & everything including basic matter from a specific universe has a unique Quantum Signature, that's how you tell they are from "That Universe".
"Their Universe" is considered 'Prime' to them since they're from that "That Specific Universe" and have matching "Quantum Signatures" with everything around them, from people to basic matter / objects.

So the terminology of 'Prime' is more to identify where a person is from, and if they're in "Their own Universe", or in another Quantum Reality, doesn't really matter which one it is.

There is only 1x "Prime Universe" for each person since they came from a specific "Quantum Reality" that matches their own "Quantum Signature".

I felt for Otherford - Tendi never coming back leading to him abandoning his humanity was very sad to me.
That's how you know Rutherford 100% loves Tendi.

He knows how he'll become if Tendi is "Truly Gone".

I really hope they end up getting married before the show ends.

I want to see a Rutherford x Tendi wedding.

The Coda novel said that after First Contact, multiple timelines were created but there is only one "prime" timeline. Sadly it was the Picard one there.

First of all I am glad to get new Trek stuff.
I really like the episode, it's big fun and entertainment as usual.
So far there wasn't a bad LD season and this seems to continue.
And we learned that parallel universes don't always have to be evil
;)

Blinks in Lazarus.

Loved the addition of Apollo’s Hand, the Tholians and V’Ger to the opening credits. Plus the “streaky” logo.

Seeing the alternate Boimler made me wonder if we will ever see “William” Boimler. They teased him and Section 31 at the end of S3 but seemed to forget.

I wouldn’t have minded if the deception with Beckett/Becky had lasted a few eps.

Alternate Rutherfords 3rd hand patting Rutherford on the back killed me.

You'll note they rarely follow up on stuff like that in the next season, usually they wait two seasons. IE Peanut Hamper introduced in the first season, gets followed up on in S3. Agimus introduced in S2, has a brief cameo in S3 and gets a proper follow up in S4. Likewise everyone introduced in Wej Duj, a second season episode. And though T'Lyn did have a cameo in S3, it wouldn't be until S4 when she becomes a recurring character on the show, just as it wasn't until S4 we run into the Klingon officer from that episode again. Or the Crisis Point holodeck movie in S1 didn't get a sequel until S3. With all that in mind given William Boimler joining Section 31 is from S3, S5 is the earliest we should expect a follow-up, and we're only two episodes into the season at the moment. Too early to say they "seemed to forget" about him.

Perhaps if Section 31 (movie) does well, we can get a live-action crossover with B31mler.
The series might be over, but perhaps there could be Lower Decks streaming movies?
