I am looking forward to the new season but I really haven't thought about Lower Decks all day. I'm not even sure if I'm going to stay up for it or just watch it tomorrow morning. It feels like it's coming with little fanfare and almost a sense of sadness. This is a series that should have gone on longer, and I think they had a lot more to tell (Even if they were promoted, they are still Lower Decks). I'm hoping it will be fun, and I have a great time with it. It's also one of those years where we haven't really had much Star Trek compared to years of the past so maybe that is why there is little excitement. We had the end of Discovery and I think that was it. Feels like the end of Discovery happened last year.

I loved Season 2 and I forgot we got Season 2 this year. Maybe because I finished the season in 2 days it didn't feel like a "normal" star trek release? I'm bummed at myself for forgetting Prodigy.

Good start. I'm glad this switcheroo thing was contained to this one episode because I didn't want to see Mariner go back to her old ways. Tendi's storyline is so much better right now. Love that we get to hang out with the Orions and D'Erika and D'Vana for the long term.
