When does "Thirdspace" take place in season 4 of Babylon 5?

I am about to start on season 4 of "Babylon 5" and I was curious as to which episodes this movie fits in between.

I rewatched "the best of" B5 recently, yeah there's nowhere it fits super duper tightly like between episode X and Y. Basically watch it after Zack Allen gets his new uniform, it doesn't overly matter anyway.

I do remember saying this almost 10 years ago on my orignal first watch B5 thread, that a few people on here were like "oh god that elevator scene is awful, watch out for that" etc. I don't really know what they're on about, that scene is the one highlight of that relatively lame movie, Jeff Conaway did a great job in it
