Given how species mixing works in Star Trek, I would say very pale skin (bluish but not really), blond hair, bit of ridges and small antennae.

Depending on the human (dark-skinned, fair-skinned, tanned) it may affect the coloring slightly....

There may be slight antennae, maybe a different type of hair coloring...

It usually seems that, in Trek, the human gene is recessive while the alien gene is dominant...so there may be more Andorian features than human....
