Interesting theory.

I just rewatched them both and I get the same feeling. But I can't figure out why they would have changed the order. Going "Room" then "Mines" even makes a little more sense because our lower deckers would be a little more untrusting of the Carlsbad ensigns after getting screwed over by Delta shift. Anyone have any justifications for the potential switch?

Season 1 did Premier, Mid Season and Finale. The Mid Season RR didn't even talk about the episode.

They didn't do one for Mid Season 2.

They did? The Andorian warship was introduced on Enterprise some ten months before the Nu BSG miniseries premiered, and there is more similarity between the Andorian warship and Nu Galactica than with classic Galactica.
