We've known for months T'Pring was going to be in this. Just like we've known for months Uhura was going to be in it. There are no secrets in those photos.

Once again, I'm not seeing the shocking revelation? With the people running the shows right now, the shocking revelation would've been that T'Pring wasn't in SNW.
They want to reveal it on their own terms. It's all about marketing.

They most likely broke an NDA.
Probably missed a line somewhere saying they weren't allowed to share images.

It was shown at a press event, most likely held online as the images looked like stills from a streamed video.

I really hope this bites them in the ass later on! Honestly, this kind of overreaction to a PUBLICILY RELEASED EVENT is just beyond absurd! They need to just release the trailer and photos and stop being so unnecessarily stingy!
Neither TrekMovie or TrekCore shared stills from it on their accounts, they must have known not to.
TrekCentral probably missed a disclaimer when accessing the stream telling them not to.
Edit: I was mistaken, TrekCore shared a single image of Uhura 2 hours ago and it's still up.

They must have deleted it, because I didn't see anything. The Uhura image is still up.
