Game Happiness is….?

A hopefully (new?) game thread with a bit of meaning.

What does Happiness mean to you, summed up in to a short sentence?

You can answer this in a serious way, in a fun way, or in a totally random way just as long as the answer is true to you. Maybe our answers will also resonate with other people, making them smile as they read the posts and also encourage people to think about what makes them happy. These examples of what happiness is to you could be permanent things in your life, memories from the past, moments in time that happen every now and again, feelings, people or just the general everyday things that we enjoy in life and cherish but may take for granted. It could also be something that you think will bring happiness that you are striving for. You might even give someone else a bit of inspiration when they are feeling down if they read this thread.

Feel free to post multiple times as I am sure that we all have many things that make us happy in life, but of course no multiple posts in a row!

Happiness is…..

Waking up in the morning with no worries and looking forward to the new day ahead.

Dalai Lama @DalaiLama,..
We must continually consider the oneness of humanity, remembering that we all want to be happy. And indeed, everyone has a right to a happy life. We may face problems, but we must not lose hope. We must keep up our determination without being impatient to achieve quick results.

for a reason of synchronicity I replied to his tweet about happiness there --->> my reply

I've been in the want to be happy crowd about a year or 2, before I was a self-harm fanatic.
what I noticed and this quote reminded me that while I was reading a relaxation bood a few days ago --- I saw a comment I made like 10 years ago that I really didn't want to be happy back then that it was not a goal or direction that I considered valued or important --- I knew that everyone usually liked to be happy but that was not me ... not at all--- I too was suicidal and such it has been since 2015 that I have not been consistently suicidal -- this was at first really weird since I was suicidal for most of my life... since like 5 years old when my cat was killed by the neighborhood kids... in front of me- things got worse from this point on- ,.. but about 2.5 years ago I stopped self-harm and causing myself pain... of any kind. -- it was a big change. and yes now I am about making myself happy --- and loving myself.

happiness is making sounds come out of my mouth === feeling and enjoying these body vibrations .. in a pleasant and peaceful way of time.

Happiness is being in love with someone that loves me too.
