Game The Most Disliked Season Finale Antagonist, 2025 Edition

I suppose I'll save the Sphere-Builders. They're a nice callback to TOS's love for having the heroes fight advanced beings believed by the locals to be gods.

Silik (ENT S1, "Shockwave")
Duras (ENT S2, "The Expanse")
Na'kuhl Nazi (ENT S3, "Zero Hour")
Off-Camera Admiral Pressman (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
The Klingon War (DIS S1, "Will You Take My Hand
Control (DIS S2, "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")
Moll (DIS S5, "Life, Itself")
Primarch Tahal & The Breen (DIS S5, "Life, Itself")
Solar Flares (LD S2, "First First Contact")
D'Erika (LD S4, "Old Friends, New Planets")
Relga (LD S5, "The New Next Generation")

Im going to save Silik next he was a good recurring nemesis if a bit of a naive pawn.

Also quick one to @Seven of Five the praetor was the rather mean lady who blew up the commander.

Duras (ENT S2, "The Expanse")
Na'kuhl Nazi (ENT S3, "Zero Hour")
Off-Camera Admiral Pressman (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
The Klingon War (DIS S1, "Will You Take My Hand
Control (DIS S2, "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")
Moll (DIS S5, "Life, Itself")
Primarch Tahal & The Breen (DIS S5, "Life, Itself")
Solar Flares (LD S2, "First First Contact")
D'Erika (LD S4, "Old Friends, New Planets")
Relga (LD S5, "The New Next Generation")

I'll save D'Erika. Awesome character, awesome vocal performance.

"Old Friends, New Planets" was the only episode I actually had to rewatch for this revision of the list, to refresh my recall of what happened, and I was surprised how much of an antagonist she was in it.

Duras (ENT S2, "The Expanse")
The Sphere Builders (ENT S3, "Zero Hour")
Relga (LD S5, "The New Next Generation")

Saving Relga.

Of what's left, definitely the best villain. And "The New Next Generation" was a great series finale.

Duras (ENT S2, "The Expanse")
Na'kuhl Nazi (ENT S3, "Zero Hour")
Off-Camera Admiral Pressman (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
The Klingon War (DIS S1, "Will You Take My Hand
Control (DIS S2, "Such Sweet Sorrow, Part 2")
Moll (DIS S5, "Life, Itself")
Primarch Tahal & The Breen (DIS S5, "Life, Itself")
Solar Flares (LD S2, "First First Contact")

Solar Flares. Anything that requires you to completely strip the outside of your ship to combat it has to be pretty nasty.

Control was a strange, confusing antaganist, but the episode Such Sweet Sorrow. Part 2, did a wonderful job selling the stakes. The battle was huge, and one of my favourite bits was the homage to 2001 when Burnham was visiting the different planets throughout the season.

And oops @Detached Nacelle I obviously misremembered the episode. I'll still leave it eliminated though. :techman:

Duras (ENT S2, "The Expanse")
Na'kuhl Nazi (ENT S3, "Zero Hour")
Off-Camera Admiral Pressman (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
The Klingon War (DIS S1, "Will You Take My Hand
Moll (DIS S5, "Life, Itself")

I debated between Moll and Vosk and settled on Moll, she had a real motive behind her actions more so than being a very literal nazi like Vosk. Also I'd do anything to save that handsome Breen too.

Saving the Klingon War as a concept. I do enjoy a good war story. We're definitely in the dregs now.

Duras (ENT S2, "The Expanse")
Na'kuhl Nazi (ENT S3, "Zero Hour")
Off-Camera Admiral Pressman (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")

Saving Na'kuhl Nazi in "ZERO HOUR".

Really only because of the episode, not him. It was really a choice between this and Duras from "THE EXPANSE"... but he was annoying. Silence really was golden in this case.

And also, I despise "THESE ARE THE VOYAGES...", so I definitely wasn't going to save something from it.

Duras (ENT S2, "The Expanse")
Off-Camera Admiral Pressman (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")

I leave someone else the burden of saving something from these are the voyages. I will save a dishonourable Duras dog.

Off-Camera Admiral Pressman (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")
Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal (ENT S4, "These Are The Voyages...")

I'll save Off-Camera Admiral Pressman, only because I loved him in The Pegasus.

That leaves Holographic Recreation Of Unnamed Alien Criminal as the loser. We didn't even get to see the face of them. :rommie:

Fun winner! He wasn't even on the list the first time we played, it was feedback from someone who said "isn't the villain the alien gangster?" I hadn't seen it that way, since the entire stakes of TATV are really just the stakes of "The Pegasus", but once it was pointed out he seemed a reasonable enough addition.

But he's about as lame and empty as Trek antagonists get, so a very deserving winner this time.

~ I can't even remember him  I might have to rewatch TATV - and then rewatch "Precious Cargo" to get over it! #noteventheslightestbitofsarcasm:D
