You started without me!

"The Sound of Her Voice" has some similarities to "Penpals" in TNG but is much better. It's impressive in that a character is established and relationships are built up through "just" a voice. There's development for several characters as we learn about their worries and a sad ending. I like these episodes where lots of the cast are involved.

Not so enamoured about the b-plot. "One month anniversary" sounded (and sounds) very trashy, and Odo letting f Quark sounds "needs of plot" rather than something Odo would do.
