If You Had Infinite Amounts of Time & Money, What Would You Do?

I've been thinking again about this one. Here's my list of things to do
Enjoy rest of life and keep tabs on all the things.
- Donate tons of money to cancer research and finding cures for cancer
- Donate tons of money to help homeless kids or families with no housing and give them houses
- Research into new methods of space travel
- Research new types of energy production / power sources

I like all of this.
I think the obvious answer is "everything".
Still not doing the following:
- Jumping out of an airplane
- Eating seafood
- Eating liver
- Going to loud concerts
- Going to space
- Buying an expensive car, house or such
I love concerts
I've thought and thought about this. There are lots of good things that I'd like to do but all of them would struggle with things like bad actors, a lack of security etc. I got to thinking about how all those kinds of problems would be solved and realised there was only one thing to do.

Except I don't think I'd be interested in the job. So if I had infinite amounts of time and money, I'd be oppressed!

You could always hire a world dictator. This guy would probably do it for one billion dollars.
But there always seems to be strife and poverty, yet some commentators tell us that we can totally eliminate hunger and poverty right now if nations banded together and got off their butts. So I have heard over many, many years.
Eliminating hunger and poverty is certainly possible, but the biggest obstacle is often government corruption. That's why Operation Restore Hope in 1993 was unsuccessful... the warlords running Somalia wanted the people to starve, and were willing to kill to keep them starving.
Never underestimate the desire for power.
This is a harder question than one might think. In the first place, I wouldn't want infinite time... that would make me immortal. If I was immortal and my loved ones aren't, I simply wouldn't want that. Better people than myself have lived even shorter lives, so I certainly don't deserve immortality.
As for endless money... first thing I do is spend whatever it takes to get my mom back to walking normally again. And give her enough to live a confortable retirement... something neither of my grandparents were able to have. Someone in my family should be able to enjoy their elderly years without pain. Once that is done...
1. No more homelessness. Everyone gets a home, along with having their basic needs met like food, medical care, education, a job, etc.
2. Find cures for cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's, etc. Basically, kill all diseases by throwing money into research.
3. Space. Let's back to really going out there again. Truly take all those steps needed to travel the stars. THAT is humanity's future, assuming we don't kill each other off first.
4. End oppression. Money has created all sorts of problems by oppressing other people in form or another. If I have endless money, I can take it and spread it around to everyone, so no one will feel the need to step on others to get what they want. It might even curb greed in people in general, though I doubt that will ever happen. But I'll give it a shot.
Also, complete anonymity... I don't want anyone knowing it was me that did this. I don't want accolades, I just want a world fixed.
And I'm going to do one thing for myself...
I'm torn between endless bacon or building DS9's Promenade and living there. I can't decide because I don't want to be greedy and do both. I'll take votes, if anyone's open to that option.

What about building a real life DS9 in Earth orbit? But with bouncers to let in only the worthy
So… we could fly around and pretend to be in awe of the pylons while we wait?
