I adore Jeremy Soule's Morrowind and Oblivion compositions. Especially Call of Magic (Morrowind main theme) and Nerevar rising (The reprised version).

If you like Jeremy Soule, the Guild Wars soundtrack also has some really good tracks.

I'm just replaying FEAR. I'd forgotten how well done the music is. Even though the scares don't really work anymore, having played it several times, the music still manages to create a lot of tension. It's one of the few games I've played that would be significantly diminished without it. It's an essential part of the experience, though if you took it out of the game it'd suck as music, being mostly minimalistic ambient noise.

I love the Halo 3 music too. Whenever I start to like a song I end up hunting for sheet music (Which, For Halo, was difficult) I have like 10 different pieces on the go.
