I've just looked at the rough cut of Act Four.
Understand, no one likes rough cuts.
This one, though, really moves and is plenty exciting - we're in good shape.
That said, there's still a lot of work to be done. I'll try to keep y'all up to date.

Anyway, I talked to Jimm Johnson yesterday about certain aspects of the ending, and he's currently digging into revising the rough cut. I don't have a good estimate yet of how soon we might get there.

I think i made a joke a few years back that we will see the end of this episode by the time Bush leaves office.. d'uh, now it seems we'd be lucky indeed 
As someone who's seen the Exeter episodes since they started, I must say I'm still looking forward to seeing the conclusion to this ep! It has been light years ahead of the first program in every aspect, and I wish there was some way for the gang to produce more than one act a year (if that) since the quality has been right up there with Phase II and Intrepid (high praise, indeed).

I'd be happy WITH one a year. I think this one is going on it's third year. That said, it's a remarable achievement in itself, given that all involved have real lives and concerns and can only tackle this in their spare time.
Thanks for the kind words. As far as the current status is concerned, though, we did release Act Three back in September or October, so we're still under a year on the last act.

I can't wait for this to come out. I'm holding out on watching Act III until it does, but I'm not sure how much longer I can keep this up.
