So in Marvel Comics, the Watchers are 40 foot tall bastards with balloon heads, that swear a oath of noninterference, but it turns out that their actual job is to make a cheat sheet for the next universe, so that they don't make the same mistakes.
I'm wondering if the Borg assimilate everything to make a cheat sheet, and then they take it back in time to help the past to make a perfect future... Which means that Borg Drones are actually Angels.

It all depends on whether the watcher is Borg.
The watcher could just be some one the Borg had planned on taking advantage of, which might mean there's always a watcher watching at every point in the present, for the future, which is the least we should expect from the 29th or 31st centuries.
Or there's a Borg in 31st century LA, trying to pass for human, watching.

I still think it's Ducane.
The Watcher was the Doctor the whole time.
Had to look him up. Pretty deep cut.

I haven't seen the episode but it's pretty obvious that the Watcher is going to be Guinan.
El-Aurians are listeners, but with Guinan's super-Nexus powers, she's always had that intuition. But would she be able to predict the point in time the change occurs? Guinan was never quite that specific.
The watcher is the googly-eyed money stack from those old Geico commercials.
I thought that Brent Spiner's character was the watcher. I still don't know who he's playing.

I thought we kinda-sorta figured it was the Adam Soong character in the previews and the spinning statue in the water?
^ No idea. Haven't been keeping up with spoilers or speculation.
I think the watcher is going to be Laris. And I've got my fingers crossed that she'll be revealed as a Gary-Seven-style "supervisor". Hey.. Maybe Zhaban was her cat? Would explain why she wasn't too broken up about his death
