Where's Sisko's statue?

We know Sisko is from Cajun country, but I'm not sure which city. So maybe they should work that out first.

I think statues to fictional characters are cool. From Sherlock Holmes to Paddington bear these characters often mean more to people than long dead pols.
Real people as we see at the moment can be controversial too. I'de be much more a fan of a plaque or monument to an event rather than to the general or politician involved

We need a petition for a Neelix statue now!

Or maybe a Lwaxana one.

Edit: A Neelix statue that has pressure plates int he walkways around it and every time somebody steps on them a loud speaker plays one of Neelix's classic lines from he show.

We may see a Patrick Stewart one when he dies but I don't think it's the done thing to have statues of people who are still alive in England

But the Janeway statue is of Janeway, not Kate Mulgrew (Kate Mulgrew isn't even from Indiana), so I'm talking about a statue of Picard, not Sir Patrick Stewart ;)
Not that I'm that invested in the existence of such a statue, just saying if Janeway got one...

Like you joked about earlier I don't think either the English or French really claim Jean Luc enough to the point he would ever get a statue and I'm not sure if statue to characters are very common in either country thought there are exceptions
