Ok, it's gone on too long and it occurs too much.
Either the people who live above me are practicing to join Cirque de Soleil or they're complete assholes.
I know when one lives in an apartment with another unit above them certain things have to be exceted and even expected and one of those thing is noise from the upstairs neighbors.
But seriously, y'all, I don't know what is going on up there but there is always running, rummaging, banging and crashing at timesit sounds like they might have two large-ish dogs who scruffle with one another but there's a lot of noise up there almost ALL of the time.
It. Is. Relentless.
If someone where living under me they'd probably wonder if my apartment were even occupied. I walk softly, I don't bang around, etc. The people above me? Gosh.
So, how is this situatiuon handled? Should I go up there and ask them, politely, what the hell is going on and to try and keep it down? I mean, it's not exactly distrubing levels of noise as in it's interupting my lifestyle or sleep or anything it's just... annoying.
I'm not good at dealing with confrontations with other people, especially strangers, so I'm not sure how I'd even be able to do such a thing.
Should I go to management and see if they're possibly breaking some-kind-of noise rule?
Should I just ignore it? Not entirely impossible but the noise up there is just annoying.
