Someone on Twitter posted a pic of the location and where it is. it’s not secret information. Top of the Anaheim Convention Center.

I think everyone knew that, since the exterior production stills of Starfleet Command showed the "Anaheim Convention Center" sign on the building.

By the way, Chateau Picard is the Sunstone Winery and Vineyard in the Santa Ynez, CA valley (great picture of Stewart and Spiner in costume at the link, as well):

Thanks WarpFactorZ-- I came to this thread just to find that information. My first reaction to the show was "that looks like California"
