I'm not convinced it is a Sov - the deflector and fitting around it look deeper and grander than we've seen elsewhere.

That said, I have no idea what it is

It's a Sovereign in the Lower Decks art style. There's nothing else it could be. It looks like a sovereign.

The Titan didn't match the Luna as it appeared before either, but it was still a Luna.

Ok, yeah seeing it from that angle it definitely looks like a Sovvy.

The deflector doesn't look very different to me. And just that wouldn't make it a different class...
