If you don't mind watching a random game on a regular basis without paying extra, Prime Video usually has a free MLB.TV game almost every day, sometimes more than one game.

Growing up, my parents wouldn't get cable so I could only watch the Saturday games and playoff games. Being able to watch two random teams on the other side of the country, even if they both suck, would've been awesome for me back then.

Yeah I only use it to watch Angels games, since I’m not in market.

MLB.TV makes me glad I didn't grow up with baseball. If I had, I would probably be a Royals fan. So I can freely watch Yankees and Mets games with no trouble (unless either of them plays the Royals).

Better yet, sometimes I can actually get Storm Chasers games as well. I'm a season ticket holder, but I can't always make it out there (Werner Park is kinda far away).

The group portion of Pool B for the WBCQs is done and dusted.

Colombia breezed through to secure a direct slot in the 2026 World Baseball Classic, with one of their three games ending via Mercy Rule at the bottom of the seventh.

They'll be joined by either Germany or Brazil - who incidentally played the most competitive game of Pool B thus far, in a 9-7 decision that went in Brazil's favour.

Meanwhile, the team from mainland China had a very poor qualifying round, getting Mercy Rule-ed in two of their three losses. A sharp fall for a team which had been present at the 2023 WBC.

On a side note, while one might expect to see a heavy Japanese-Brazilian presence on the Brazil team's roster, I hadn't realized that a certain pair of Bichette brothers had once played for them at the WBC. This is due to their mother being originally from Porto Alegre. Neither brother is on this WBCQ team, however.

In any case, the playoff decider is to be held tomorrow evening at 6PM local time, or 8PM EST; once again to be live streamed on the WBC YouTube channel.

EDIT: Brazil won by 6 runs to 4.

Now it remains to be seen which pool of the 2026 WBC each of the four qualified teams is to be seeded into.

That's all I know. The Cards broadcasters said he was hurt but they didn't elaborate.

New Era released its new "overlap" series of baseball caps, where it says the team name or city name and then puts the logo in front of it. However, they had to pull the Rangers one, because "tetas" means tits in Spanish.

Meanwhile, Ashos and Anaels are available to purchase.
