I want to see Species 8472, but not as an aggressor. Like, one member of the species working at starbucks or something
Well, Species 8472 already got quite harmless since they dressed as Starfleet officers in Voyager. I prefer them mysterious but not bad. Actually they've been cool, they just wanted be left alone. At the same time we learned that they are strong enough to beat the Borg. I like that. They should have been present in more than just a few episodes in VOY. But ok, show them in Lower Decks, but not make them ridicolous.I want to see Species 8472, but not as an aggressor. Like, one member of the species working at starbucks or something
If it helps, Sisko and Torres are lead characters in the "Star Trek" and "Star Trek: Defiant" comics. Yes, the actors are not involved, but you can see them again in new stories each month. Bashir and O'Brien also appear in the most recent arc of Defiant.- I think Sisko, Bashir, O'Brien, Ezri, Neelix, and B'Llana are the remaining 90s Trek actors who haven't returned in anything. I'm honestly doubting we'll see any of them, and I think I'm fine with that.
Why not? More good Trek wouldn't be a bad thing. Why?

Seven seasons have been TV 'standard' for decades until the last one or so, at least we had something new to watch weekly on a continuous stream.I meant why go back to the Berman-era number of seasons? Why 7? Why not 10? or 20? Or 3, for that matter? After a certain amount of time, jumping-the-shark will set in if a show is on too long.
You paying for it?They should go back to 7 seasons per series.

I mean the last iteration of Hawaii Five-0 went for 10 seasons. Last Man Standing was 8 seasons. Walking Dead was 8 as well.Huh? That's not true at all. Unless you're specifically referring just to Star Trek shows.

Ah, but sometimes a show grows the beard! After a certain amount of time, jumping-the-shark will set in if a show is on too long.
7 as a cool numberI meant why go back to the Berman-era number of seasons? Why 7? Why not 10? or 20? Or 3, for that matter? After a certain amount of time, jumping-the-shark will set in if a show is on too long.
Yes, I am paying to watch it at Paramount +You paying for it?
Because it will cost more money and people seem unwilling to pay for more and complain about what they do get.
