This place is generally sensible enough to shout them down, but there are still constant reminders of how bad parts of the fandom are.
I go through phases where I do something Trek related most days and then months without anything.
Trek is life.

Pretty much all the time. I listen to Star Trek podcasts doing stuff outside, driving to and from work, and sometimes at work. I watch Star Trek related content on YouTube all the time in lue of watching television. And of course I watch everything with the name Star Trek as it's released.
Needless to say, daily.
I think both the Roman Empire and Star Trek enter my thoughts daily in some form.
I wake up and immediately see two things: a Frank Sinatra poster on my bedroom door, and a larger poster of ships of Star Trek above my computer desk. (I think it was in a magazine fold decades ago.) So...every day.
