Nice blend of the Kelvin and TMP Enterprises and good CGI work.

They've posted a few clips so far with seemingly plans for more.

WHOA.

ETA: The artist’s name is Dominic Bonovitacola and he’s got some serious VFX skills. Take a few minutes and browse through the videos on his YouTube channel—he’s basically reimagined that entire travel pod sequence from TMP. Incredible!

It's weird: when I checked out his channel yesterday, I only saw the last 4 clips he posted and it looked like that was all there was. I now see a much longer list going back for years! Can't wait to dig into the rest of it.

The only thing I don’t like is that the 09’ Secondary hull doesn’t have a great teardrop.

I meant this tape-and-scissor mash-up to restore the “chest” as it were…a Refit on steroids:

Often times, the secondary hull is less detailed that the saucer and simpler in profile.
