animated gif resizer/cropper?

I downloaded Irfanview thinking that I could work with animated gifs in it. I also have Photoshop 7.

Are there any freeware apps out there to do what I need? (see thread title)

Got any tips?

I use GIMP for that sort of thing. I haven't really searched for anything light weight that can do the job.

I also use GIMP, best freeware photo editing program I've found.
