Anyway, I'm 33. And clearly quite mature for my age.
I'm in a similar situation, but not quite so long. I'm 22 and started when I was 16, iirc.
Turned 40 yesterday. Well at least in this poll I am still in the same group.
I'm 22... and a half. I've been here since I was 13. I can't even imagine what my posts looked like back then.
As long as he is mature, level-headed and fair... I don't find it weird. What I do find weird is that he might be more mature than me.
No one in their right mind would ever let me moderate anything... unless it was a group of third graders chatting about the latest toys out right now. I think I could handle that... maybe.

I know what you mean. In a structured setting, I'm alright. Let me loose with a classroom full of impressionable young minds? Hubert H. Humphrey, that's just asking for trouble.

I know what you mean. I was 14 when I started...24 now (10 year anniversary is coming up soon!). I wonder if it was obvious that I was a teenager in my posts.

I believe I had a former co-mod who started moderating at an age even younger than me, although I'm probably the youngest on the staff.
I'm 40; will be 41 in September. I'm the grumpy middle-aged person who doesn't understand the youngin's anymore.
I turned 29 on friday.
