What time period does the Section 31 movie take place?

About thirty, I think.
Rachel Garrett is in the film and we know she dies in 2344. Garrett was played by Tricia O'Neil in Yesterday's Enterprise and was in her mid 40's at the time. In Section 31, she is played by Kecey Rohl, who is in her early 30's. So we can guess it takes place at least 10 or 15 years prior to 2344.
So mid 24th century, during the "Lost Years" between TOS & TNG.
Commonly referred to as the Lost Era.
Must've gotten that term mixed up in my memory.
Lost Years refers to the period between the end of TOS and TMP. Lost Era is the period between TUC (or the opening sequence of Generations if you want to be specific about it) and the start of TNG.
