TOS Bridge Set Plans

Im looking for info on constructing in 1/6th scale Mr. Spock's Science staion on the Bridge. I have the McMaster blueprints and and am having a problem with dimensions and angles.

Below is a pic of the Kirk in Captains chair sculpt i did recently. It too is 1/6th scale and the chair is based on tons of research on the original.

Im now working on Spock and his Station on the bridge. Does anyone know where i could find better reference for his station? By better i mean better than the McMaster blueprints.

Any help would be awesome.
best,
Jim

The old Franz Joseph tech manual I recall showed the console in crorss section, that might give you the proper angles. Look in cygnus X-1 website for the manual, it's in the blue print section about two third of the way to the botton of the list.

The FJ Tech Manual drawings are misscaled and get most of the cross-section angles wrong. Schnaubelt was guessing by looking at photographs, and he was not nearly as concerned with accuracy as McMasters was - just logic and plausibility. There are people who have posted here in the past - MGagen is the main one who comes to mind - who've done some good original research and can offer corrections to the McMaster drawings.

Thanks so much for the reply. Any help is appreciated. I have been a Trekkie all my life and now i get the privilege to work on these licensed pieces and want to make sure they are right. The chair had pleny of info floating around and i even had a friend take measurements for me but the Bridge stations no longer exist so that's not possible.

Again thanks for the help. I'll check into Mgagen's posts and see if that yields any info.
Best,
Jim
