Is this a so bad it's good kind of movie or just plain bad?

I actually just saw it a few months ago for the first time since my childhood and it was indeed terrible. It definitely had that 80s Movie feel to it but it also didn't really have a storyline until the ending. And it was just bad.

My brother used to watch this movie ALL OF THE TIME!

The reboot just went into preproduction. It's about what's going on in their lives now that they're Garbage Pail Men and have nothing to show for their lives. It's going to star Tom Cruise, Robert Downey Jr., Matthew McConaughey, Christian Bale, Will Smith, Jason Statham, David Duchovny, Charlize Theron, Alyssa Milano, Gwyneth Paltrow, Lucy Liu and Natalie Portman. Michael Bay is directing.

Man, my brother was crazed about the Garbage Pail Kids. I remember taking him to the theater to watch that movie. UGH! I still want my two hours of life back.

I remember the movie, but not much of what it was about. lol. Maybe if I can find it in a $5 bin one day and have some good booze, I'll watch it again.

I remember watching it once as a kid. I came across it again sometime last year and it was so bad I couldn't be bothered to finish watching it. I almost always finish a movie to the end (sometimes necessitating a break), even bad ones in hope there is something redeeming by the end. This was so bad there was no redemption possible.
