The Essential Enterprise Episode Guide

So I haven't watched much Enterprise, and, to be honest, life's too short to wade through retread stories from past series'.
I was wondering if anyone more familiar with the series could rattle off a few 'must-see-tv' episodes - along the lines of 'Anomaly', as opposed to 'A Night in Sickbay'.
Any assistance in this would be much appreciated.

You'll probably enjoy pretty much everything, though you can safely skip Daedalus and This Ain't The Valentine (a large number of us would strongly recommend you skip TATV).

May I add "Carbon Creek" from the beginning of season two? IThis episode features our beautiful T'Pol warming up to the Captain and Trip and really showcases Jolene Blalock in lovely 1950s attire.
This and "Home" from season 4 are may favorites.

JiNX's list pretty much covers what I would recommend, but I'd add "Cease Fire" to season 2, personally. Great Shran & Soval episode.

Honestly, I'm less inclined to rewatch much at all from the first two seasons, but will rewatch all of the 3rd and 4th seasons.

"Home" is near the top of my list of favorites, but without seeing the third season, it's hard to understand what the characters are working through. (And you'd need to see "Breaking the Ice" from the first season as well fully appreciate other elements of "Home")

My all-time favorite episodes are: "Similitude," "The Forgotten," "E2," "Countdown," "Zero Hour," "Home," "In a Mirror Darkly" (both parts -- though I think part 1 is slightly better), "Demons," & "Terra Prime"

There is only one episode that I could never, ever watch again: "These are the Voyages" -- but, if you are a huge TNG fan, and you aren't at all emotionally invested in ENT, you might like it.
