Zero's arc has been amazing this season. Love they went back to the old look with some upgrades. As for the rest of the episode, What a two part story. Sets up nicely for the end of the season.

I have no issues with the Space Dog Fight, but for a ship that "Tom Paris" designed, he didn't mount any "Aft Facing" weaponry.

WTF? I know they're training ships, but still!.

Maybe on a Mk.2 revision, he'll add them due to user feed back.

Also, StarFleet REALLY needs to invest in drone/droid tech in a big way.

The Incursor targeting Voyager, reminiscent of the Scimitar targeting the E-E scene, then the torpedo going into the ship like that, reminiscent of S31 vs the Enterprise in DSC Such Sweet Sorrow Pt.2.

This has got to be the best damn Trek show since the modern relaunch with DSC. I never expected it. And P+ shoved it out the airlock. Unbelievable.

It says a lot about how much I like this show that, instead of rolling my eyes at them doing Wrath of Khan yet again, I was instead just excited to see how it would play out and concerned about Zero's fate. I'm glad he went back to his old look (but with touch!) instead of ending up in a perfect humanoid robot body.

Zero... geez, what can I say? His arc has just been beautiful. And I love his relationship with Ma'jel.

Sure they can, for me it looked like something out of (Moore's version of) Battlestar Galactica. Especially the shot of the fighters/drones emerging from the Rev-1, reminded me strongly of a Cylon baseship launching raiders.

Ascencia is indeed crazy. Using that convoluted time weapon instead of just using the phasers or torpedoes or whatever other weapons of the Rev-1.

Nice idea from Majel to send her own weapon back at her. And heroics all around, but special mention for Tysess and especially Zero. Loved that Jankom build the new containment suit. I like this new version of Zero, which combines advantages from both previous forms, the best so far.

Murf firing the phasers of the Protostar is the first time in Season 2 that Starfleet phasers have been effective, I think.

Honestly, it's not surprising, for every person that says "I love Prodigy" there are 10-20 who say "I don't watch cartoons" and will never even give it a chance.

Honestly, it's not surprising, for every person that says "I love Prodigy" there are 10-20 who say "I don't watch cartoons" and will never even give it a chance.

Or it doesn't appeal to them for other reasons. It's not just "I don't like cartoons" but some people don't like kid style shows, or the story doesn't appeal or they try it and never get back to it.

I like this show well enough but I stalled out at episode 4 and haven't gotten back to it for Season 1, much less Season 2.
