The episode title has been taken off the internet and no episode synopsis is available. It seems that Mike McMahan wants things kept under wraps. You can read more about that here.

This bleeping cuss words is getting out of hand.

At least they have the taste to actually bleep the words instead of saying them. Not that I’m being an apologist for it. I find it extremely annoying and distasteful when they do something just because they can. I’m also quite pro-nudity, but I also find gratuitous nudity to be distasteful.

Is that Boims in live-action again?
If I had to guess I would say this looks more like something created with the help of an AI image generator.

I think @fireproof78 was saying that tongue firmly in cheek, referencing the way @Commander Richard has spoiler coded the episode title in the thread title.

So is Lower Decks going to answer the question of are Nick Locarno and Tom Paris twins next week? I would love them both to meet, for the obvious hilarity of course.

This was a strange episode for me and I'm not sure why. Mariner's struggle has been apparent this season but the Sito and Jem'Hadar references were pretty random. I kind of wish this kind of development happened in Season 2 of the series. I did like that we saw Billups again. I think this is the first time he's appeared this season.

Looking forward to next week, and I don't feel anxious that Tendi is going to die anymore, so that's good.

The Klingon seems to say taghlIj yInaj yIluS (dream your life in a black hole?!), chay' (what), toDuj (courage) and maj Duj DachIj (you navigate the good ship?!), and Mariner says "benaH", subtitled as "biHnuch", which is supposed to mean bIHnuch (coward).

While watching, I remembered Sito was in "Lower Decks" and Locarno was in "The First Duty", but I had forgotten that she was on Nova Squadron with Locarno and Crusher.

Since Mariner was friends with Sito at the Academy, it makes sense that she was a friendof Locarno.

I assume they will explain Locarno's plan in the next episode, but it looks like Locarno convinced lower deckers on various non-Federation ships to mutiny and hide their ships. Perhaps he has a plan to attack or take over a some of Starfleet since he holds a grudge?

Appropriate blood color
Yup, Pepto Bismol, the official way to simulate the colour of Klingon Blood

I definitely wasn't expecting Nick Locarno to be this seasons big bad.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are distant cousins that look alike.

I haven't loved this season, but this was a standout episode for me. It swerved in ways I definitely wasn't expecting, and I don't mind it a bit. I'm glad we got a mention of Thomas Riker. Locarno is a character I never thought we would see again, and I liked how Mariner ties back to TNG's Lower Deckers. I wish this had been the seventh or eighth episode though, because it feels like they might cram a lot into the season finale.

Not sure what Locarno, Riker, Crusher, and Seven of Nine have to do with things, but I wouldn't have minded having Pulaski in Beverly's place here with Lower Decks already bringing back lesser known/used Next Generation characters.
