Star Trek covers EW

Pine and Quinto on the cover of EW. They look great. And the prospect of set pics has me intrigued. The uniforms look pretty nifty as well. Hopefully someone can obtain some larger images.

Quinto looks like one of those life-sized, inflatable dolls that you can find in adult book stores. The Spock version, of course.

He just has to open his mouth a little bit more, and he'd be perfect.

And the push begins in earnest. The costumes look good. Going by their expressions, one could almost be forgiven for thinking that it looks as if Pine goosed Quinto right before the picture was taken, but that's nitpicking.

I hope it's just the lighting, but I'm really not feeling that picture. They look too much like they're fan film actors. The posters looked better.

Quinto looks a good deal like Nimoy in the screen cap and not so much on the cover. Guess which is more important though... Oh, and is anyone else surprised at how puffed up Pine's hair is? Jesus.

Something is fishy about that cover photo. He doesn't even look like Quinto, let alone Nimoy. It looks like a heavy airbrushing job, though obviously different from what TV Guide did to Nimoy so many years ago in advance of TOS.

Rather, I see Spock of All Our Yesterdays fame. He grabbed McCoy exactly the same only to the right side of frame.
