Star Trek at SDCC 2016

I wonder if they're going to throw a curveball at us then? Today we'll discover that the new Star Trek show will just be Trek stars of yesteryear singing songs, with a bit of judge/phone voting elimination thrown in as well.

I wouldn't mind a show set on the NX-04... as long we also see the Challenger, and obviously Columbia and Enterprise again! :nyah:

Star Trek
September 8, 2016 marks the 50th anniversary of Star Trek's first broadcast. What began as a TV show became a window into the future and a reflection of our greatest hopes and dreams. By envisioning a world where technology and science improve the human condition, and where peace and unity transcend conflict and separation, Star Trek has inspired children, parents, engineers, scientists, entrepreneurs, and viewers around the world. It's also spurred countless real-world innovations and "firsts," giving name to a Space Shuttle (the Enterprise), launching one of the first and most passionate worldwide fandoms, and featuring the first interracial kiss on American network television. Join William Shatner, Scott Bakula, Michael Dorn, Jeri Ryan, and Brent Spiner for a conversation moderated by Bryan Fuller, executive producer of the new Star Trek television series coming to CBS All Access, following its network premiere in 2017.

Have you liked the page? Maybe that's why I see it and you don't (if you haven't liked the page). It's the second thing down on the news feed. Right underneath the pinned post about them being live on Facebook.

I liked the page now. I see a post from 3 hours ago and 5 hours ago. I see a video about comics from yesterday.

Well, the Roddenberry panel is over now.

To put it short, they went back to the film reels and digitized a lot of deleted scenes and outtakes for TOS and are still continuing to do so. They showed a few and they were great.

They'll be released in the form of documentaries produced by Roger Lay.

I have that video on the Roddenberry facebook page running. Will anything else Star Trek wise be shown there and if yes, in how many hours or minutes?

Should be a live stream of the Bryan Fuller session in about 20 mins

The next panel with Bryan Fuller should be where we will learn more details about the new Star Trek series. However, also on the panel are William Shatner, Brent Spiner, Michael Dorn, Jeri Ryan, and Scott Bakula. So we'll see. But this is the one with Bryan Fuller.

The video shows right now something with Rod Roddenberry and Okuda. I think about deleted scenes. It that just a recording of earlier?
