So I finished watching this today on Youtube. I have a question about one of the characters. I'll put it in spoilers just in case.

Spoiler: Who's this character?

On the bridge of Harriman's ship in the alternate timeline there is a blond woman who has what looks like almost the same Borg hardware over her left eye as Seven does on Voyager.

On the bridge of Harriman's ship in the alternate timeline there is a blond woman who has what looks like almost the same Borg hardware over her left eye as Seven does on Voyager.

IIRC, she was Garratt Wang's girlfriend. I think the Seven of Nine eyepiece was just a reference randomly thrown in. It's cool to wonder what would happen if the Borg came up against Mitchell. Maybe they did, and she's part of the result.

I knew it was too early for it to be any of the 24th century characters except for Tuvok thanks to his Vulcan longevity.

On the bridge of Harriman's ship in the alternate timeline there is a blond woman who has what looks like almost the same Borg hardware over her left eye as Seven does on Voyager.

Her character was called Yara and she was the navigator of the Conqueror. The actress is Crystal Allen who played D'Nesh in the Enterprise episode "Bound". D'Nesh was one of the Orion Slave Girls used to gain control of the Enterprise and subdue Captain Archer and his crew.

I don't recall an explanation being given for what the piece of hardware above her eye actually is, however it has been some time since I have watched the film. If you look closely it is actually quite different to Seven of Nine's implant and her ear piece is physically attached to it.
