I always enjoy re-watching the Lord Of The Rings movies. I just like to use them to escape into another world, which is my definition of "having fun". Another option I choose are the Resident Evil movies. Just some mindless action, not much to think about plot-wise... perfect.

HARRY AND TONTO always works when a pick-up is needed.

These past few years I'll watch THE EAGLE HAS LANDED whenever they run it. Even though Robert Duvall is just barely in the second half, there are many compensations.....such as the battle between Larry Hagman and Jean Marsh.

I have to warn you that Hagman's character shares military traits with the lieutenants from PLATOON and ALIENS, though.

Pretty much any of the early ZAZ movies - Kentucky Fried Movie, Airplane!, Top Secret!. I can rewatch those and the jokes never get old.

Galaxy Quest. Surely everyone here enjoys that!
