Missing episode?

Hello, I’m new. I’m actually just here to try and get an answer to one question that has been driving me insane.
I would really like to know if anyone remembers an episode where Kelsey Grammer (or someone who looks and sounds just like him) played a Cardassian prisoner on the DS9 station. (Now before you tell me I’m mixed up, yes, I do know that he formerly played Captain Morgan Bateson in TNG.). In this episode his character was being held because he was believed to be a spy and they spent the whole 40 minutes trying to get him to break under questioning. I specifically remember that his cover story was that he was a teacher who taught “filing”.
I’m bringing this question to fellow fans because, when I was watching the series on Netflix recently, that episode never played. So I looked for it in IMDB and it isn’t there. I then checked numerous other sites that had lists of episodes and I just can’t seem to dig it up. I’m really curious if it got “memory-holed” for some reason, the way Shazaam did.
My thanks.

Sounds like it is possibly "Duet". It's the 19th episode of season 1.

Ugh, you’re right. It’s totally Duet. Not sure how I missed that for so long. And definitely not Kelsey Grammer. Oh well, at least we aren’t losing Star Trek to the Mandela Effect or some weird conspiracy. Thanks for the help.

After reading the OP, I can somehow see Duet as being an episode of Frasier. Frasier Crane's arrogance somehow would suit Marritza.

Marritza wasn't arrogant though, the character he assumed as 'Gul Darheel' was. But I get what you mean.
