Leonard Nimoy Passes Away

How sad. I shook his hand when I was 5 or 6 as he did a promo in a department store for Mego or Donmoor. I feel like an uncle or friend of the family just died

I like.

As I said in one of the other threads:

Spock is probably my favorite character in anything, thanks to Nimoy. So, I'm sad.

Let me put it this way to sum it up....Mr. Nimoy....
I have been and always shall be, your fan. I speak for other fans when I say that the needs of the many (fans) outweigh the needs of the few....or the one. Thank you and God Speed.

Off to join DeForest now.

Spock and Bones can now bicker all they like.

(He lived two days longer than my grandmother. This has not been a good week)

Just read the news over at HuffPost Entertainment..

Very sad news, indeed.

R.I.P. Mr. Nimoy :(

So did I, he was at a Korvette's store on Long Island when I was about that age, too. I had my Mego Spock figure with me. What a really nice man and one of my heroes growing up.

I read he was getting better, but now he's gone. But not forgotten.

Remember.
