Leonard Nimoy Passes Away

May this thread be bumped and bumped until the anniversary. It's so great to read what everyone has said. I hope his kids and his wife truly know how much Leonard was adored and is now missed by millions of people on Earth.

What a great guy. Will miss him for a long time to come. :(

This is a terrific idea and I, too, hope that this thread is continually bumped so it stays fresh in everyone's minds. I am confident his wife and kids know about the love that has been directed to Nimoy. It is predominately because of his portrayal of Spock - and in my mind, that is no small legacy to leave behind to the world. I find myself thinking about Nimoy much more now and that's probably the case with many people. I definitely miss his tweets. I'm certainly looking forward to the film that Adam Nimoy is working on about his father and Spock. I'll bet there will be another pile of tears shed when that one comes out.

I feel kind of bad that I didn't immediately start watching TOS and the movies right after I finished Voyager, when he was still alive. Oh well, making up for lost time:)

Still feeling like Kirk in the WOK and SFS.

I got a whole bunch of Star trek books with him in it. Hope I can get through them still haven't gotten up the nerve to watch Star trek again.

Will Leonard Nimoy really be in the new Star trek movie?

It will be odd if Spock (old) is died in the new film but also alive (young).

To paraphrase John Lennon:
"Spock is dead, miss him, miss him."

I would love it if the next movie starts with Young Spock attending the funeral of Old Spock, giving Leonard/Old Spock a tribute that way.
