Finished the other project, just need to post some images. But before I jump back into doing the Challenger - remember this old chestnut?

My Ranger Class, needs a little work still. In fact I think it needs new nacelles. So I will play for a bit.

More later in the week. Out this afternoon to celebrate the 50th ani of my first open heart surgery (70's technology still rules), and then I'm booked up with medical appointments until Thursday.

Quickie before I run off to the ACHD Unit - new bridge module on the Ranger Class, a bit more TNG and little less TMP. Nacelles are next on my hit list, I need something a little less bulky;

Sharp eyed folks will have noticed that the ship patch has a new name on it - "Kamcaira" is a name my other half made up years ago when I working on the Ingram Project and I feel it's nicer to reuse that then make use of a fan-favourite/overused name like Horizon. So USS Kamcaira it is!

Updates - the frame is finished, just need to put the name and reg on her:

I now have three of this class (Ranger-A, Excalibur and Kamcaira). I will do something interesting with them I hope.

??? Are you saying it needs a proper sensor dome, or that it has one - needs qualifying.

Be posting a few images of the Kamcaira later, as I made a few changes to the ship (nothing drastic), and then I'm going to take a much needed break from Trek for a bit and concentrate on some other projects and a commission that has been sitting in my todo pile for too long.

This body sucks, why would I want to clone it? (if I could...). Naa, I need a new model, one without the problems this one has. As I haven't looked down into a temporal schism and wasn't exposed to the time vortex as a fetus, regeneration is out of the question too.

So I'll just do what I can with what I have ;-)
