Is this an accurate map of the path Voyager has taken?

VOY's Doctor would never make it hundreds of years alone without suffering a psychotic break of some kind. He requires companionship. Most sentient Trek AI's see to be portrayed that way. Even Zora got extremely melancholy in the absence of her crew, although she seemed sane at least.

Have him bring back his holographic family.

There's still the question how to get energy to run the ship systems for 4 centuries (and probably: do maintenance on those systems too every now and then to prevent them from breaking down) before you can waste that energy on such 'frivolous' things. Unless you also task the ECH with those tasks.

Put Voyager in low jovian orbit. She would have a near infinite supply of deuterium, and could land on one of the moons if necessary.

<2378. After a 382 year-long slumber, Voyager awakes, and decloaks. >
A disheveled and frantic looking EMH: Finally, thank God, you're all awake! It was hell being online and alone for so long. You know I was never programmed as more than a short-term assi...
Janeway: Shut it. We needed you to do the job, and thank you so much for services rendered. As for your trauma, I suggest Zen meditation. Or perhaps a little reprogramming and memory purge, if that suits you better? Right now, I don't care, there are more pressing matters.
EMH: Captain, it is simply unethical to
Janeway: Incoming message. Ah, it's Admiral Paris.
Admiral Paris <intercom>: Welcome home, captain!
Janeway: Well, it isn't as if we just arrived here, we've been here for 382 years Admiral, just cloaked, except for the last 35 seconds. By the way, I think 35 seconds is an unacceptably slow response time. What if we had been a borg cube?
Admiral Paris: You were cloaked ? But the Treaty of Algeron clearly states ...
Janeway: it clearly states we shouldn't develop cloaking technology, and we didn't. We simply traded for it with the J'Brax, a Delta Quadrant species. So, no treaty violation, na-na-na-na-na!
Admiral: I'm not sure the Romulans are in the mood to appreciate such legalistic subtleties, Captain.
Janeway: as I'm sure they won't appreciate some of the other Delta Quadrant weapons technologies we brought with us, Captain, and I'm therefore not in the mood to worry about their opinion.
Admiral: The Delta Quadrant hasn't really changed you a bit, has it, Kathryn.
Janeway: Nope. But I changed the Delta Quadrant. As it should be.

Not naturally occurring within the Sol system.
But necessary for Voyager's power systems, unless you're suggesting they keep everyone in stasis on auxiliary power or batteries, neither of which is likely intended to run for centuries.

It would explain why Kes eventually succumbed to becoming pure radiation, wouldn't it? (misinterpreted by the Voyager crew as 'ascending to a higher dimension').
