In honor of Majel Barrett-Roddenberry...

I miss her. As of the day of the posting of this thread, Majel Barrett-Roddenberry would've turned 93 today if she were alive today.

Honestly I always found Lwaxana Troi to be obnoxious and rude for the most part but I found her funny and entertaining at times. Besides that I enjoyed Majel's contribution to the Star Trek franchise. She was married to who we all know is the creator of the Star Trek franchise, Gene Roddenberry and so I like that Majel is nicknamed the First Lady of Star Trek.

Although I mainly know her as Lwaxana and the computer voice, I recently learned she appeared in some TOS episodes.

I miss Majel lots.

Majel was indeed a queen, and deserves all the accolades she gets.

As for her appearances on the original series, they didn't give her much to do, but when they did, she was golden.

She had some great moments. One of the scenes I enjoy is when Number One dresses down Vina and exposes her as an adult colonist from the SS Columbia.

Another good moment is when Nurse Chapel bluffs Garrovick into earing.
