Films for 2013?

Simple question: what films slated for 2013 release are you looking forward to or at least curious yet on-the-fence about?

For me:

Iron Man 3 - I'll be going this weekend. I really like the first film, but #2 left me unmoved (hence I didn't buy the DVD or BluRay). #3 looks like a definite improvement so I'll check it out on the big screen.
The Great Gatsby - I'm curious about this one, but it might not be something that demands to be seen on the big screen.
After Earth - I'm somewhat curious about this. It's SF so my antenna is out over it.
Man Of Steel - Despite still hating the new costume I want to like this because I really want to see a good Superman film.
Elysium - Matt Damon and Jodie Foster in a SF film with social allegory. And directed by the guy who gave us District 9, another film I quite liked. Hell I gotta give this a try.
Kick Ass 2 - The first film was off-the-wall riotous and irreverent. I loved it. So I gotta check out #2.

I'm most psyched about the new Star Trek movie and Man of Steel (obviously).

I may end up catching The Wolverine just because I'll be near a movie theatre in August . . ..

Star Trek has my attention. And Elysium. Not sure if its out this year or next, but the Xmen Days of Future Passed has me sold. I loved the original comic its based on.

Star Trek Into Darkness and Man of Steel are the only two on my radar, though I'm sure my wife will drag me to a few more over the course of the Summer.

Here is my list:

Oblivion
Star Trek Into Darkness
Man of Steel
Pacific Rim
Olympus Has Fallen
Elysium
Monster University
GI Joe: Retaliation
Iron Man 3
Lone Ranger
After Earth
Kick-Ass 2
White House Down
Wolverine
Hobbit 2
Hunger Games 2
Thor 2
Great Gatsby

I made a list of my most anticipated movies on Letterboxd.com: Most Anticipated
Star Trek Into Darkness and Iron Man 3 aren't on the list anymore because I'm probably going to see them within the next week or so.

Some thoughts on some of the more notable SF entries:

Elysium
I loved District 9 and the trailer looks totally amazing, like a Syd Mead painting come to life. I'm always game for a great original sci-fi movie, and this one looks top-notch.

Pacific Rim
I really enjoyed some of the huge robot fights in the Transformers movies, but always hoped that some day, someone would make a movie of that scope that has an actual good story and characters that aren't racist or sexist caricatures. I'm confident that Del Toro, whose other movies I've mostly loved, is the guy to do just that.

Man of Steel
Superman, when done right, is my favorite superhero. He's just so iconic and inspirational, and I really hope this movie gets that right. The trailers look fantastic, so my hopes are high.

Thor 2
I had a lot of fun with the first one, and it looks like they're really stepping up their game with phase 2 of the MCU. The director is a bit of an unknown quantity, but I liked the trailer and am excited to see all those great actors reprise their roles from the previous installments.

Ender's Game
The little teaser that was released yesterday looked very good and I like the cast. I'm not a huge fan of Orci/Kurtzman or the director (ugh, Wolverine Origins), but I'll try to remain optimistic.

Catching Fire
I really liked the books and thought the first movie was solid. The second book is probably my least favorite, but I'm sure the movie will be fun anyway, if only because of Jennifer Lawrence and Woody Harrelson.

After Earth
The premise seems completely stupid and Shyamalan hasn't made a non-terrible movie in a long time, but it's set in the future and it involves space travel, so I'm keeping it on my radar for now.

The Wolverine
I still have hope that this is going to be better than the last one, but the trailers look pretty 'meh.'

Gravity
There's no trailer or anything yet, but a space-set movie from the director of 'Children of Men' (one of my favorite movies of the past decade) definitely has my full attention.

The Hobbit 2
I liked the first one a lot more than most people seem to and am very much looking forward to the next one. This trilogy will probably end up being slightly inferior to LOTR on the whole, but I'm excited for it anyway.
