What is your favorite Enterprise design aesthetic?

TMP for me:

WOK-SFS
Because I like the Torpedo Bays and the Warp core Engineering section, plus the bridge established in TMP.
WOK-SFS should have included TVH with the revised Bridge stations.

I love the TOS pre-refit, but Enterprise-D is basically a luxury hotel flying through space. The crew quarters are larger than my house, and a lot more comfortable looking.

I was going to vote but the list was incomplete...

NX.
The rest are too big

I like the Enterprise-E from NEM. But make the lower decks and Engineering section have smaller corridors like Voyager and even tighter ones like ENT. But with matching color schemes and details. and no very deep torbolift shafts with pointy stakes at the bottom. That was just dumb.

Yes, NX-01. A shame it's disregarded on this poll. As an alternative I would have voted for the Enterprise-A in "The undiscovered Country" but as it's listed together with the very different "Final Frontier" design aesthetic I can't vote for that either. :(

TNG for me! It's the only Enterprise I could actually see myself living on, beige isn't my favourite color but it's generally a pleasant interior with nice crew quarters, holodecks, shops, lounges, bars etc.

1701-D from "Generations" wins with the great use of lighting. True, the sets were knackered and lights would reveal every dent and ding, but the lighting added so much atmosphere. It looks breathtaking and incredible.

ST3TSFS is the runner-up.

I voted TWOK-TSFS, but since it's the same ship, in my mind it included rooms that were only seen in TMP, such as the rec-deck, and the shuttle bay.

TNG Enterprise-D all the way for me personally. She was the first Enterprise I grew up with. From Ten-Forward all the way to the aft nacelles (lol, get it?), the Enteprise D and her curvy corridors and illustrious illuminated LCARS panels will always hold a soft spot in my heart....

That is until Deanna "watch-me-crash-an-enterprise" Troi rams it into Veridian III.

I loved the TNG Enterprise until I did some really nerdy stuff like looking at deck plans online. The thing is just enormous. It must have endless corridors that all look the same. Ten Forward is probably just one of dozens of lounges. You could spend 7 years on the ship and still only know a small fraction of the people aboard. And with all the danger they get into, I would feel like my life is totally in someone else's hands that doesn't even know who I am.

Crew complement was about 1000, similar to the number of pupils at my high school. The deputy head knew everyone, and had the measure of the new first years within the first few weeks.
